ZW43 – 12 vacuum circuit breaker is an outdoor high – voltage AC switchgear with a rated voltage of 12kV and a three – phase AC frequency of 50Hz. It is mainly used to break and close the load current, overload current and short – circuit current of the power system.
This circuit breaker is composed of the circuit breaker body and the permanent – magnet mechanism controller. It adopts a three – pillar structure, and the vacuum interrupter is connected to the operating mechanism through an insulating pull – rod, with stable and reliable performance. The vacuum interrupter is cast into an organic whole with the main conductive circuit and insulating support by epoxy resin through the APG process, and is encapsulated with silicone rubber, which has good anti – condensation performance.

1.Excellent Arc – Quenching Performance: It adopts vacuum arc – quenching and solid insulation, with the advantages of small volume, light weight, large breaking capacity and high insulation level. The vacuum arc – quenching chamber uses solid – sealing technology, which has a long service life and high reliability. The shielding cover is exposed and encapsulated in epoxy resin, featuring good weather resistance and being convenient for transportation.
2.Reliable Operating Mechanism: The high – reliability bistable permanent – magnet technology is applied to the operating mechanism, which has a simple structure. With few moving parts, it requires no maintenance, and the mechanical life can be as high as 30,000 times. In addition, it is equipped with a manual tripping device. When the control system fails, manual tripping can be used for emergency disconnection operation, which can reliably break the rated load current.
3.Good Insulation Performance: The three – phase posts and current transformers adopt imported outdoor epoxy resin solid insulation, which has the characteristics of high and low – temperature resistance, ultraviolet resistance and aging resistance. The epoxy resin encapsulation meets the environmental protection requirements, and has been widely verified outdoor performance, being resistant to ozone and ultraviolet rays, firm, light and not easy to break.
4.High – quality Shell Material: The switch shell is made of stainless steel or treated by plastic spraying, which has good corrosion resistance and weather resistance.
Compact Structure Design: It adopts a three – post structure, and the vacuum arc – quenching chamber is connected to the operating mechanism through an insulating pull rod, with stable and reliable performance. The whole is of a fully – enclosed structure, which has good sealing performance, helps to improve the moisture – proof and condensation – proof performance, and is especially suitable for use in cold or humid areas.
5.Convenient for Installation and Operation: It has the advantages of miniaturization, novel appearance, light weight and easy installation. It can be operated manually, electrically or remotely. It can be equipped with a position detector. The proximity switch is installed on the linkage shaft, which can simply and reliably detect the on – off position of the switch without mechanical components.
